About the Event
A strengths-based approach to looking at how to adopt and maintain healthy habits in different areas of our lives including:
- Alcohol habits
- Substance use and abuse
- Healthy sleep
- Healthy food behaviours.
Learn how to recognise when our habits start to have the potential to cause harm to our health or lives. Recognise the signs that indicate when support to re-balance may be required and how to access this.
Suitable for individuals and leaders. 15 participants max.
