An engaging, informative workshop to introduce the concept of whole of life wellbeing, and the mental health continuum. Learn about mental distress and how to engage effectively with others who may need support. Get insights into tools that can be used to enhance resilience and personal wellbeing including the Ways to Wellbing, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.
Suitable for individuals and leaders. 15 participants max.
